For the past 12 months, Mr Tatenda Mwatse has been responsible for the Technical Support/After Sales Service for both ACTEON Equipment and ACTEON Imaging including software support.
In this time, Mr Mwatse has redefined processes and procedures to improve customer service and communication. He displays a real enthusiasm for IT and technical services along with great troubleshooting skills. He has always had a fascination in electronics and mechanics. With ACTEON’s mission to provide customers with the most effective and reliable technical services in a timely manner, Mr Mwatse continues to be a valuable asset to the team.
