M1 Compact Line Milling Unit - Proven CAD/CAM technology in compact form

New Products

Zirkonsahn's new M1 Compact Line Milling Units let you only pay for what you really need. Not more! The development of the compact line is based on the proven M5 Milling Unit technology and is available in several versions.

The 4-axis M1 Abutment Milling Unit, for example, can process precast titanium abutments (Raw-Abutments®) as well as glass ceramics.

The M1 SOFT, M1 WET and M1 WET HEAVY METAL are provided with intelligent 5 axes orbit technology. This means that milling is possible at any conceivable position - even undercuts and diverging abutments are processed in a simple and fast way.

The machines differ with regard to the materials they can process. With the M1 SOFT Milling Unit, all "soft" materials for dry processing such as Prettau® Zirconia, Prettau Anterior or Translucent Zirconia, pre-sintered aluminium oxide, resins, wax, wood or even sinter metal can be milled.

The M1 WET adds a wet processing function, which allows grinding not only soft materials, but also glass ceramics.

Finally, the wet or dry processing of soft as well as hard materials (for instance titanium and chromium cobalt) does not represent a problem for the M1 WET HEAVY METAL. The fourfold orbit and its high-torque milling spindle provide extra stability, which is essential for milling hard alloys.

The Zirkonzahn M1 Compact Line Milling Unit is particularly compact, space saving (47.7 x 69.3 x 61.3 cm) and is characterised by its extremely short milling time thanks to its fast engine.

It can be combined in an optimal way with the S600 ARTI Scanner and the user-friendly Zirkonzahn software.
