New Foamies protective eyewear the latest invention from Erskine Dental

Piksters interdental brushes have been taking the world by storm since their launch a few years back and now Sydney dentist and inventor, Dr Craig Erskine-Smith, hopes his next innovation will again become an international sensation.

Foamies protective eyewear are easy to use, disposable and very cost-effective. Designed to protect patients from splatters and the detritis of dentistry, Foamies incorporate a wrap around lens mounted on a soft foam frame that loops around the patient's ears to secure it in place.

The foam creates a seal across the cheeks to protect the patient's eyes from splashes and is also of sufficient thickness to act a spacer to keep the eye shield from contacting the eyelashes, thus preventing irritation.

Simple yet smart, Foamies are a one piece design and come in 3 different sizes - small (fits most children), medium (fits most women) and large (fits most men) and are available in clear or tinted.

Foamies come in compact boxes of 25 or 50 with the foam compressing for storage and expanding at time of use.
