Promote your dental events and accept registrations and payments online using our new event management software

By Joseph Allbeury

Websites Events Software

It is with great pride and pleasure that I would like to announce a great new online product we've developed that will help anyone involved in organising events and education for dental professionals.

The new Dentevents™ Registration Engine is an expansion of the Dentevents.com events calendar website. Any event organiser can list information about their own event on Dentevents.com and now also accept registrations and payments from delegates through the website.

In as little as 5 minutes, we can now set-up online registration for anything from a simple evening lecture to a full congress with multiple streams, optional workshops, ancillary programs and more. In fact, we've designed the new service to take into account all the typical options required for an event of any size or complexity.

If you've ever been involved in organising education and events for dental practitioners, you'll know that often, it's a thankless task. Apart from ensuring the event itself is compelling to encourage attendance, there are a range of administrative tasks that need to be performed constantly to promote the event, accept registrations, process payments and when it's all over, to issue CPD Certificates. Hence, the Dentevents Registration Engine is designed to take as much pain as possible out of all of these tasks.

Complete event management online

In brief, our new event management solution consists of four main components delivered online as follows:

  1. Dentevents.com - This is a comprehensive calendar of events that helps you promote and market your event. It is free to list your event and we encourage dental professionals to visit the site to search for information on all their educational event needs.
  2. Dentevents Registration Engine - The new integrated registration "engine" makes it possible to accept registration and payment for any event listed on Dentevents.com. The delegate(s) chooses an event, enters their name and contact information, selects any options available and then enters their payment details.
  3. Comprehensive online event management tools - once the delegate has registered for your event, you can login from your PC, Smartphone or Tablet and manage delegates, payments, attendance and CPD certificates and more with ease.
  4. Online Education Centre - delegates can login and see the events they've booked for, download their receipt, CPD certificate and more at any time on any device.

So far, around 1000 "live" registrations have been processed on behalf of a dozen dental companies without a hitch.

How to get started

If you're organising an event in dentistry, then we can help. The first step is to list your events on Dentevents.com. There is no charge to do that - all you need is a Username and Password for the www.dentalcommunity.com.au website to get started. If you do not have one already, then call or email me. From there, we can send you our free Guide to Organising Education and Events for the Dental Community and Accepting Registrations Online. This explains all the options and associated costs.
