Red Dot Design Award for ASIGA Ultra

The brand new ASIGA Ultra 3D printer launched at 3D Printing in Dentistry in Sydney last February has been awarded a 2024 Red Dot Award for Product Design. The Red Dot Award is the world’s most prestigious design award celebrating good design.

A magnetic build platform, simple material tray clamping, internal lighting and wide range of connectivity options all help in the presentation of a cleverly refined 3D printer for both the dental laboratory and dental clinic. Another key feature to the Ultra is a new infrared heating system which warms materials to 70°C. This opens doors to new polymer technologies where high impact and hardness are key material properties.
