Benex-Control Professional is outstandingly suitable for extracting dental roots and dental root fragments whenever conventional drawing using forceps and leverage should be avoided (for example in the context of an immediate implantation). Thanks to the innovative construction of the extractor, the root can be very easily removed in a particularly controlled manner without damaging the bone or soft tissues. To guarantee an optimal vertical transmission of force, there must be a plane at right angles to the extractor support. The newly developed quadrant support provides the optimal supporting surface, protects the remaining existing dentition, and, particularly in edentulous circumstances, provides support for the extractor.
