KDF’s newly developed Cascom SE casting machine features high-frequency induction heating of an alloy as well as vacuum and pressure casting. Cascom SE does not use a flame during the melting process so the alloy does not absorb carbon and gas, which minimises porosity. In addition, Cascom SE creates extremely smooth surfaces with the optional argon gas function for reduced oxide castings when used with semi and non-precious alloys. Controlled quick casting using the hold function allows for reliable casting of various types of alloy such as precious, semi-precious, and non-precious alloys. It is user-friendly and very simple to operate with extreme reliability. Cascom SE is designed and manufactured in Japan.
