Easyform EVO

Unlike other thermoforming machines, the Easyform EVO is a unit that doesn’t keep you waiting. You simply set the time required for heating - depending on material thickness - and whether it’s soft, hard or both, then press "start" and walk away. You don’t have to wait around watching the material slowly heat up and sag, hoping the phone doesn’t ring right at the point you need to be there! From this point on, the Evo will heat up the material for the selected time, then place it over the model and vacuum form the appliance quietly and automatically. You can continue to work at the bench, chairside or even pop into the lunchroom! The EVO has a trusty electric heating element, super quiet piston vacuum pump and will accept all blanks, round or square, up to 5mm thick. It comes with a 2-year warranty, is made in Italy and also has a metal bead well, so that tall models can be submersed to eliminate overstretched appliances. If only it could cut, trim and polish the appliances as well!
