Flexipalette is an assortment of very unique and innovative contrastors intended for intra-oral photography. Contrastors are inserted into the mouth and positioned behind the teeth being photographed to provide a black background. This masks out the rest of the mouth and highlighting, for example, the translucency of restorations. Flexipalette is made out of a bendable copper sheet 100% overmoulded with Plastimed, a medical grade silicone rubber, latex free, safe and hypoallergenic. Flexipalette contrastors can be autoclaved at 135 degrees Celcius and provide an absolutely opaque and reflection-free backdrop. Flexipalette is gentle and soft in the patient's mouth and can be folded in a 30 to 45 degree angle depending on the situation.

Flexipalette is available in several models as follows:

Flexipalette A
The unique protuberance design makes it possible to take wide shots of the upper and lower arch. It features easy handling for the photographer and is ideal for the patient to self-position.

Flexipalette B
A larger round shape is ideal for large and medium arches. The opposite side is narrower for medium and small arches, paediatric use and lateral pictures in the antero-posterior region.

Flexipalette C
The large outlined "H" shape for upper lip retraction and narrow regions is useful to obtain black backgrounds in occlusal shots. The narrow outlined "H" shape is suited to lower lip retraction and paediatric use.

Flexipalette Color Match
Absolutely unique, Flexipalette Color Match is designed to be used for shade taking and is manufactured in a soft neutral achromatic 18% grey to provide a soft, neutral intraoral background that will not disturb shade taking, especially in anterior teeth. It can also be used to regulate the white balance and exposure of digital cameras or as a creative photo background.
