Information System for Oral Health

The Information System for Oral Health, ISOH™, is a client-centric integrated system that supports the services delivered by public or private dental clinics. The software has many features designed to help make your daily tasks easier and your oral health organisation run more efficiently. Essentially, ISOH is a simple to use windows-based patient, treatment, and appointment database. ISOH can handle all aspects of an oral practice large or small. Whether this concerns registering new patients, handling invoices, managing outsourced services, scheduling appointments, wait listing, recording treatment, sending out letters and appointment reminders, rostering clinic resources, updating patient charts, or running reports. The configurable system preferences makes it possible for you to customize the software to meet your specific needs (i.e. organisational structure and workflow) and to modify these settings whenever your needs change.

Additionally, the advanced features of the software enable you to coordinate laboratory work, to request and track dental files, store and retrieve electronic documents and images. It also enables tutors in teaching institutions to record and award their student grading. Using online questionnaires in the ‘Screening module’ ISOH enables your organisation to screen and prioritise all patient requests by the urgency of their treatment needs.

ISOH’s unique architecture answers the distinct needs of a diverse number of users, and will elegantly unify complex enterprise-wide processes across your oral health organisation.
