Meister Welder E
This orthodontic mini spot welder is mainly used for welding a variety of attachments to orthodontic circumferential bands prior to them being fixed in the mouth. It normally takes 2 or 3 spot welds per band to secure the attachment well enough, but considering there is no investing, no flux, no heating to a glow and no burning, its an easy welder to use. One great little feature of the Meister Welder E is the foot control pedal which comes complete with the unit. This feature allows the operator to safely use both hands to hold the components steady to ensure they get spot welded in the right place. A must have for any ortho lab!
