The Uniz NBEE is an LCD 3D printer designed specially for the dental industry. Claimed as the world’s fastest resin 3D printer, the device does impress with the build speed of 280 mm/h, being capable of producing, for example, 6 dental models in 5 minutes.

Among numerous smart features of the machine that make for the high quality of outputs are a high-power collimated light source, a resin temperature control system to maintain optimal reaction temp, and an anticoll high-performance server that boosts the print precision.

Thanks to the patented high-efficiency liquid cooling, the system temperature will not exceed 40 °C, which prolongs the lifespan of the screen to over 5,000 hours. And the new micro-stereo composite film is reportedly able to withstand 55 liters of resin before needing to be replaced.

Intended for dental applications, the Uniz NBEE will dramatically streamline the production of objects such as aligner models, removable dies, surgical guides, crowns and bridges, brackets, and so on, while providing high accuracy of prints that is so important for this industry.
