NewTom VGi
The NewTom VGi Cone Beam Computerized Tomograph (CBCT) 3D volumetric scanner utilizes a state-of-the-art large area flat-panel x-ray image detector (200mm x 250mm) offering high spatial resolution (up to 2000 x 1500 pixels) and wide signal dynamics (14 bit). NewTomVGi features a rotating-anode x-ray generator with small focal spot (0.12 mm), which makes it possible to fully exploit the spatial resolution performances of the large flat panel image detector. As a result of the NewTomVGi's wide FOV, reconstructed images encompass the entire maxillofacial district including dental arches and Temporo-Mandibular Joints can be obtained in a single scan.
