OMEC Polymerizing Unit

This Italian designed and made all stainless steel construction polymerisation unit had been designed with longevity and reliability in mind. It is fully programmable to properly cure any heat-cured acrylic. It has a 2-phase fully programmable cycle, complete with a very handy delay start function of nearly 100 hours! Phase 1 can run from 0 to 21 hours between a temperature range of 0 - 100 degrees, then slip into Phase 2, boiling, for another holding time of up to 21 hours! In both phases the temperature rising speed can also be controlled. There is a convenient drain tap toward the back of the unit for easy cleaning, while all the electrical wiring and electronics remain at the front of the unit, isolated in a compartment of their own. The Omec Polymerising Unit can hold up to 6 Ultimate Brass Flasks or GB Flasks and takes up a minimum of bench space, measuring only 200mm (W) x 400mm (H) and 440mm (D) (front to back).
