Puros Cancellous Particulate

Puros Cancellous Particulate Allograft has become the bone grafting material of choice for many clinicians due to its history of well-documented clinical results. Puros Cancellous Particles act as an osteoconductive scaffold for new bone formation. Puros Cancellous Particles have, in large-volume applications, documented faster bone regeneration at 6 months than grafts containing sintered bovine bone matrix. In small-volume applications, regeneration of hard bone has been reported as early as 3-5 months.

Current trends in hard tissue augmentation in implant dentistry
31 May 2012 | Perio Probe
T he surgical placement of dental implants is often compromised due to a lack of bone. Loss of alveolar bone through infection, trauma or atrophy post tooth extraction can limit implant placement or compromise aesthetics. Fortunately, the use of bone grafts and Guided Bone Regeneration (GBR) can improve our ability to place implants and also improv...
