Ivoclar Vivadent has launched Sylc from OSspray Ltd, the first therapeutic prophy powder which is applied to teeth using standard air polishing devices. Sylc physically occludes dentin tubules to provide immediate relief from tooth sensitivity while cleaning and polishing, all without the unpleasant taste or feel. Sylc combines superior cleaning and polishing, reduction in hypersensitivity and regeneration of dentin and damaged teeth in one treatment.
