Ultimate #2 Clamp

Although this style of clamp has been around for a few years now, the new and improved version of the Ultimate #2 Clamp has features worth noting. Firstly, the 10 mm top and bottom brass plates are designed to be more compatible with brass flasks and are also slightly bigger to fit in most bench and hydraulic presses. The stainless steel posts feature a very coarse cut thread which makes hand tightening quicker and easier. The large thread also prevents grime build-up and is easier to clean. The concept of conserving the pressure of the press - from final pack to processing - is where these clamps excel. They eliminate the need to transfer the flask from press to clamp, thereby eliminating the risk of the flask opening slightly and compromising the density of the acrylic and the accuracy of the denture.
