W&H Implantmed

The new W&H Implantmed with its shorter, more powerful LED+ motor and ISO-short contra-angles is the ultimate in ergonomics and balance with less fatigue. Implantmed is now available with the optional Ostell ISQ system for assessing implant stability, providing greater confidence in placing implants. The stability value measured by the device provides a form of quality assurance, making assessing the success of the treatment safer and more reliable. The Implantmed’s integrated automatic thread-cutter function - which reduces the risk of pressure necrosis in hard bone - and the precise torque control of the instrument aid the dentist during insertion of implants. Maximum torque has been increased by almost 25% to 6.2 Ncm at the motor and up to 80 Ncm at the instrument. The instrument can be precisely controlled from 200 to 40,000 RPM via the new colour control panel or foot control. A wireless foot control is also available.
